This contest is for a $500. Rt 66 Super Savers Gift Card in the Tulsa Metro Area. The contest starts on October 2nd, 2023 and will be drawn on December 8th, 2023. Must enter by paper ballot at the Rt 66 Super Savers Grocery Store in Tulsa, OK. The contest is sponsored by solely by Classic Insurance Agency LLC.

Contest Rules

The drawing starts October 2nd at 9 AM and ends on December 7th at 9 PM, and is promoted by Classic Insurance Agency LLC (hereinafter “the Promoter”). The rules for this sweepstakes will be published through this website: www.ContestRules.net
Anyone over the age of 18 is eligible to enter and to win the prize under the requirements set forth in these rules. You must comply with all participation requirements established by the event producers. Those residing outside Oklahoma will not be eligible for prizes or to participate in this sweepstakes.
The Promoter reserves the right at any time to implement new eligibility criteria and/or modify existing criteria, and may at its discretion, take such measures as it understands necessary or appropriate to preserve the integrity of the sweepstakes.
It is not necessary to purchase anything or enroll in anything during the sweepstakes in order to participate. To enter, the interested and eligible person must come to one of the advertised participating supermarkets and complete the sweepstakes ticket with an authorized Classic Insurance Agency LLC Representative . Hours are posted near the drawing box. The winner of the prize will be contacted by phone and have 14 days to claim their prize. If no contact has been made with the winner, this winner will forfeit their prize and a new name will be drawn on December 22nd, 2023 at 5 PM CST.
The prize will be available for pick up at a time that is mutually agreed on.
Reasonable facsimiles will not be accepted. Those interested in entering the contest must fill out the contest slip with a Classic Insurance Agency LLC Representative at the places indicated for this purpose.
The drawing for the sole winner will take place on December 8th, 2023 at 12:00 PM CST at the Promoter’s offices located at 8014 South Sheridan, Rd, Tulsa, OK 74133. Winner will be chosen from all entries gathered at 9 of the Crest Food Stores, without favoritism, intimidation and/or violence, and will be final and incontestable. All participants agree to be bound by these rules.
The participant who is randomly selected as the winner will be entitled only to a $500.00 gift card from Rt 66 Super Saver. The odds of winning depend on the total entries received.
After the sweepstakes is over, one (1) additional participant will be randomly selected, constituting a potential alternate winner. In the event the original winner is not able to claim the prize, or is subsequently disqualified, the alternate winner will be awarded the vacant prize.
The prize cannot be redeemed in cash, and may only be used at Rt 66 Super Saver. Any and all obligations by the Promoter to the winner(s) of a prize will cease and be fully satisfied at the time the prize is delivered. The prize does not have a fixed date, and the winner will be responsible for paying any additional expenses after using the $500.00 gift card. The state taxes included in the purchase made by the winner will be part of the total $500.00 of each gift card.
The winner must also sign all consent documents, a disclaimer for any contractual, non-contractual or other claims that may arise as a direct or indirect consequence of participation in the sweepstakes or the enjoyment of the prize. In addition, the person will sign an image and responsibility waiver in which Classic Insurance Agency LLC will be granted the right to use, reproduce, alter, display, distribute, publish and advertise the winner’s name, voice and image in any medium, without the need for any additional compensation to the prize.
The winning trivia participants will receive the $500.00 Rt 66 Super Saver Gift Card in person on or prior to December 22, 2023 at 5 PM CST,
Any and all obligations to the prizewinner by Classic Insurance Agency LLC, affiliates and/or its subsidiaries will cease and be fully satisfied at the time of the prize delivery. In the event the card is lost once received by mail, the winner will not be entitled to another gift card.
By participating in and/or accepting the prizes, participants and winners agree to relieve, indemnify, defend and hold the Promoter, Classic Insurance Agency LLC, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, appointees, employees, officers, and directors harmless of any and all legal liability for loss, damage, injury, cost or expense including, without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death that may occur in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or misuse of the prize or participation in any activity related to the sweepstakes.
The Promoters reserve the right to amend these rules in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. If there is any inconsistency between the full version of these rules and the abbreviated rules, the version that is most beneficial to the participants will prevail.
Failure by the Promoter to put into effect any term of these official rules does not constitute a relief of this or any other included provision.
The Promoters will be taking all the appropriate measures to ensure there is no contest fraud.
If for any legal or other reason, any of the terms of the rules of this sweepstakes are declared invalid or void by a competent court, the remainder of the terms will remain in full force and effect.
If for any reason the sweepstakes cannot be held as planned, including interference, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, human error or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter that corrupts or affects the administration, security, justice, completeness or proper conduct of the sweepstakes, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the sweepstakes with the authorization of the Secretary of the Department of Consumer Affairs, as provided in the applicable regulations.
In the event of a cancellation, the Promoter will award the prize during the current term of the sweepstakes, based on all eligible entries received, prior to the incident resulting in the sweepstakes cancellation.
